élevé is Baton Rouge’s elite Lagree and Versaclimber studio, combining a variety of training techniques and specialized equipment for the most amazing workout in the region.
élevé fitness is a new boutique fitness studio based in Baton Rouge. With no previous website in place, the project involved creating a complete online experience from scratch—one that authentically reflects the studio’s identity and promotes business functions such as class bookings and brand storytelling.
We were tasked with building a custom site, using existing and new branding elements. With no previous website built, the main goal of this project was to create a site that members could easily book through, where potential new members could read about classes and different membership packages, to provide a space to show off the owner & staff, frequently asks questions and the ability to contact the studio directly. Outside of these core goals, we wanted to site to visually reflect their elevated brand but also have a layout that transformed seamlessly in responsive layouts.
My role in this project included:
⦿ Oversee the development of the site, being the liason between designers and our development team.
⦿ Optimizing performance across all devices to provide seamless experience for users, testing responsiveness at each stage.
⦿ Ensure the site met modern standards for functionality and usability through offering suggestions to improve user experience.
⦿ Facilitated the launch and post-launch testing of the website.
⦿ Trained staff on how to properly use and access the backend of their site via Word Press Engine.
"By The Pound" is an app created to easily connect local shrimpers and seafood buyers within the state of Louisiana.
Uptown Climbing is Baton Rouge's first and Louisiana's largest indoor rock-climbing gym.
